Please see below: Pam,I just had to tell you about a good experience I just had.I replied to an e-mail this morning from (agent name is removed), one where she said 2 weeks ago (tomorrow) that she was going to go by the house that day and check on things. As you know, she still hasn't. But that's not the experience I am talking about.As you know, tomorrow the house is getting painted. (If you don't - I got an e-mail from (agent name removed) saying "See below" (Yes, that was her entire e-mail to me!) and what was below was an e-mail from the sellers realtor to (agent) saying the house would be painted Friday morning. Well, based on the lack of response I get from (agent) and the lack of effort, I decided to write the sellers realtor (and I copied (agent) just to be legal) asking if she (Kelly Button) could further define the arrival time of the painters. I wrote my e-mail at 7:04 AM.Kelly responded at 7:20 AM saying she would get with the sellers/painters and ask (letting me know she received my e-mail). Then, at 7:28 she sent another e-mail saying all she could get was "mid morning" so she suggested I be there about 10. - thus, she jumped on it right away. I responded to her saying "Thank You" at 7:29 and she replied to my Thank You with a No Problem at 7:34. THAT'S the kind of realtor I think Kelsey should deal with. I have been totally impressed with her and would recommend her to anyone. Pretty funny that I am the buyer, but am recommending the sellers realtor. But when I get good service, I want others to know about it.
